WSIB Claims

An Injury at work is reportable to the Workplace Safety & Insurance BoardĀ if you required medical treatment or was unable to work because of the injury. Even if your employer has not reported your claim to WSIB, if you have been injured at work, you may be entitled to WSIB benefits such as loss of earnings, medical treatment, including physiotherapy, mental health counselling, or even retraining services.

We can help you get what you are entitled to from the WSIB. We can also advocate for you with the WSIB regarding loss of earnings payment, medical benefits, re-employment rights, and even your ability to return to work.

Many injured workers are at a disadvantage when dealing alone with the WSIB. Many more go without being properly compensated for their injuries or are denied benefits that they should receive. If you are not getting the compensation you deserve, or your claim is being denied, contact us. We may be able to help you get the benefits you need.

We will work with you to determine what fee arrangement suits your needs. It can be an hourly rate, a set fee for service or you can benefit from ourĀ No-Win No-Fee Arrangement
